Happy Labour Day to everyone!

i love public holidays and i loved it even more when i was young. Public holidays used to be days where i can spend my time with my aunties and uncles cause all of them need not work. They will bring me out for breakfast then go for various activities likes picnic, cycling, shopping, movies etc. Even if we all stay at home, we would play boardgames etc. It's like so fun and memorable.

In uni, public hols are days whereby i can have fun all the way with my friends... need not worry about studies. We will sing ktv, shopping, cycling or playing mahjong. The company matters the most.

But now, public holidays are just days whereby i can take a break from the hectic lifestyle and in addition, they are days for me to spend more time on marking.

Anyway.. i tried to dote on myself more. Met up with jeff, eugene, jiejie and marie for dinner at St James - Charcoal. The food is quite nice but very expensive, our dinner cost $190 and im not like super full. Then we went over to Marche for its crepes and ice cream. Maple walnut is really yummy! Pls try tt!!! hahaha :p

Jiejie drove me home last night.. it feels so gd to be a passenger u know. you can just concentrate on talking. hahaha Oh her car is really cute and nice, very suitable for her. oh suddenly i miss pam a lot.

This morning, i went to fetch xiaoting at 11 plus and we headed towards Old Kallang Airport for kway chup. I've been craving for it since dont know when. Finally i get to eat it. We queued up for more than 1/2 hr.. can u imagine that!! I was reminded of the super duper big cup of sugarcane juice tt they ordered for me the other time [coz i said i wan to drink a super big cup of sugar cane juice!]

Ok perhaps it doesnt look really big in this picture.. but it is REALLY big can. Time for me to brush up on my photography skills haha

We ate 7 different types of "giam" hahahaha and almost stuffed to death. But it was worthwhile since we queued up for sooo long. Yummy.. :p

Ok now im in depression mode again cause labour day is going to end. Cant schools start at 11am?! hahaha
