UPSET i lost my card... gotta make police report & pay... and fill in lotsa forms... :(

Anyway.. i log in to blog about this -- i paid $2 for a pen, some charity stuff la. And i found these 2 lines on the paper.

"A fellow who does things that counts doesnt usually stop to count them"

-- Hmm... i think im one of those fellows who does not usually do meaningful things. OPZ i think it's time to buck up and help all those in need!

" It's nice to be important but it's more important to be nice"

-- Oooh i love this phrase! So true! At least for me. I always feel so unimportant in others' eyes... feeling insecure and small. But before blaming on others, i think we should all reflect from "I" .... how others treat me and see me ultimately depends on how i fare, what i do etc.

So if u want to be nicely treated, treat people nicely first.

Hahahaha Acutally my main purpose tonight is just to post this... Today's post!


You know, i told myself [and my colleagues] "I'm not going to step out of my house this weekend! I wont de lor. I will finish my paper!"


And the first time i woke up today is to see Ros' message and went to get ready to go shopping! How less determined can i get?! So ashame of myself! But bo bian, shopping always come first.


All because of that Metro sales la... 20%, why must it be this weekend?! Anyway... we bought a lot... A LOT... especially Laneige stuff. Now Laneige has become everyone's favourite brand... even kelvin's hahahaa.


It all started when i wanted to help marie get her laneige sunblock, then i saw this nice bag which is a free gift upon purchasal of $150. So i decided to stock up my laneige products... and i saw this nice sweet combi of eyeshadow. So i bought. Then i saw this Makeup mist which claims to moisturise the face before and after makeup. So i bought.Short of $50 to get the bag so i decide to stock up my Sleeping pack plus, so i bought. TADAH target achieved. Then all of them came and join. One salesgirl tried mascara on xt and so she bought. Meihui saw xt try the mascara and so she bought. Hahaha there's more to go wor! Ros showed me this sebum control thingy tt is meant to be applied as first step of makeup... i tried on my hand and it became super smooth, so i bought. Xt continued to try this eye concealer and brigtener... not good so she din buy hahaha. Next up, our fav salesgirl tried eyeliner on xiaoting... mei mei so she bought! While she's trying, meihui was trying blusher and she bought. So TADAH again we got our 2nd set of free gifts [which includes the bag and a series of miniature products]. Then meihui bought the eye and lip eye remover. Ros also bought a bottle of hydrogel. And xiaoting started to plan for the 3rd bag hahahaaa and each of us bought another bottle of hydrogel and TADAH 3rd bag hit! Hahaha i hope i din miss out any items.. we have 12 in total !


Now to the free gifts part... the salesgirl very nice.. let us choose which products we want... roughly rougly choose la cause there's just too many. I'm super happy that i got this pressed powder which is meant for touching up. Im gg to put in my bag and bring it with me everywhere i go! Heee.. Kelvin requested for some samples for the Men's product... see la vain vain.

Here's the Laneige stuff i brought home with me today....





Oh.. i also bought this concealer and zero pore coat from ettusias [i hope i spelt it correctly!] and got my free gifts too. :)

Finally we got to travel up the next level... bought some girls' stuff, 1 G2000 cardigan, 1 G2000 tank top, 1 foot cushion, 1 paper holder and i hope that's all. Yupz... i think i spent close to $300. That's the cost of stepping out of the house door!

Eh wait, there's not the end of the day wor! We met up again at my house at 1030pm. Ros is so poor thing, she bought the least amt of stuff but she paid for all. And she's so funny.. she brought her laptop to do our accounts for today! Salute her for calculating you know.. it is so hard and complicated to calculate due to all the 20% and 5% rebate and credit notes and shoppers' cheque etc. Xie Xie Ros!!! :) and that's while the other 4 of us were playing mahjong!

Stupid xiaoting, so bad.. ask us take photo then she laugh! made me laugh and i guess there produces wrinkles on my face lor! Then silly meihui made us pose for hei ren ya gao advert! :( chou.

Ok it's 3.10am now.. time for dvd n bed. How i wish sundays never end...

Let's have a quick run through..

30th Jun
Went dinner with hairstylist. Kinda weird right... but it turned out to be quite alright. It was all planned cause he told me he may be leaving for UK.. A little upset la, no one's gg to trim my hair according to what i want le. :( Ya met up for dinner, but actually, dont need meet in June! Cause he is leaving in Aug!! hahahaa... ok ANYWAY, went ECP's hong kong cafe. Had a long chat and a nice walk. It's nice to know a friend la. Oh ya.. tt reminds me, i went blading on 29th Jun. hahaha

4th July
Went vienna for lunch with colleagues! The buffet food there is quite nice... for lunch quite worth it. However, it's far and i still dont know the way there hahaa. How i wish i can have more of such lunches with my colleagues!

5th July
I think we played badminton. Did we? I cant rem.. I think we did la. And we planned to rollerblade but it was cancelled due to the bad weather. Luckily we managed to come up with a wet weather plan hahahaa.. meihui decided not to join us. So Kel, Ros and i went parkway for steamboat dinner. Free dinner leh, coz kelvin gave us a treat! Xie Xie Kelvin *Yi ju gong*... :)

Met Ros' auntie and cousins there! Oh the twins are quite cute... God is always fair. Cause the prettier one is more sociable but the less pretty one is smarter.

After dinner we went to Chai Chee CC to sing K. Xt joined us and we sang till 1plus am. Went home, watch dvd, sleep. hahahaa

6th July
Totally cant rem what i did. OH i think i went Orchard for bfast with my uni friends - Eunice, Eileen, Shishi, Zeff and Xiao Junwei! Ya orchard for bfast... So Far!!!!! I couldnt wake up on time as usual. And i lost my way as usual. And i couldnt locate my car as usual. We ate at Crown Prince's Swensens... the bfast there isnt nice and the serving is way smaller than what's shown on the menu! I felt so intellectual there hahaha cause we were all discussing and solving maths questions over there! lol

7th July
Very very happy cause i need not report for work! Heeee Youth Day Rawks! Went Princess Cottage for manicure.. Opz i signed their package! But please, they are better, faster and cheaper than Nail Palace. So it's ok. :p Went dinner with parents, Finally. Actually i feel a little awkward going dinner with them because no one talks while eating. We went to Kallang's Leisure World's Thai Village... initially i thought i could enjoy a nice bowl of sharksfin but it seems that the food there is not really delicious now. Upset. Went up to 2nd storey to buy the donuts. I cant rem what brand it is but it is not too bad la. My dad really dotes on the dogs... When i asked him to choose the donuts for his supper, he said "WHich one will shampy n morgan like??" Diaozz...z..zz.z.

9th July
Finally see Marie.. i missed her so much! hahaha though it's just a few days! Had early dinner at Crystal Jade with Barry and Beeling. Marie was there to see us eat. Eugene joined us later. It's always nice to chat n chat n chat... heee

11th July
Ate dinner with my colleagues again.. this time, at Century Square's Soup Restaurant. Expensive dinner everyday but it is ok la... haha i think they sound healthy? Hmm i have no idea. Oh ya i fell off the chair in office and ppl laughed at me :< but Eugene has no big reaction, he said "aiya u all dont be so surprised la.. nothing new mah! I've seen her do tt many times!" wahlau.. he's the worst. hahaha
