Life? No Life?

Everyone is leading such a hectic lifestyle here in Singapore.. i wonder if all of us really make it a point to leave some personal space for oneself to relax and reflect.

Looking back at the past, i miss the times when im feeling bored at home. Sleep till i feel good, watch DVD like no day and night, staring at the ceiling and just refuse to get out of bed etc. I miss those times..

Now, i dont even have time to stare at my ceiling. All i do is to give myself a sincere sweet smile the first moment i lie down on my bed everynight. That marks the end of my day!

After a couple of hours, i gotta drag myself out of bed, with the fear that 7am has past! It's equivalent to waking up in shock! But i guess this is quite common right? :p

Will i be able to accept the pay cut and settle for a job with a lesser workload? I guess, if this can bring more life in me, i would. But there again, i do enjoy certain aspects of my current job. That's the dilemma.

Last night, there was STRONG wind over at my area. Initially i thought it was raining. Looked out, i was wrong. The wind was as if there's a tornado coming! Or perhaps a spaceship is landing! You know, just like the scene in Chicken Little!

I put my hand out of the window.... felt the cold wind blowing against my palm. It was quite relaxing. I was feeling a little scared at the same time la... dont know if any branch of the tree will break n fly in my direction, or any insects will seek shelter in my room etc. But still, it was a relaxing moment for me. I listen hard to the sound of the strong wind. It resemble those of the waves... so for a moment, i have the desire to go ECP one of these nights! Hahaa

Ok, enough of personal time for myself to blog. Back to work. Good night!

Happy Birthday my Dearest Ah Su!!!!!!

The night before, i had a conversation w Ah Su. I suggested breakfast @ 10.30am and i told her... "U go at 10am" [cause she used to be late frequently in the past] and somehow.. we challenged each other to see who will be the latest the next moring!

Our conclusion was the same... ie, xt will be the latest! Since she stay the nearest! Hahahaa. And i told xt ... surprisingly, she agreed too. I din want to lose so i set my hp alarm to ring at 7.35am. Why so early? So that i can do some work before i go out mahhh. :D

The next morning... I woke up. GOSH 10.10am! I was so scared! It's as if im late for work! I immediately smsed that 2 ladies.. "Siao liao.. i just woke up!" then flew to the toilet to wash up n bathe.

I tell you... it's no joking manner. I just grab any clothes and wear. And i left home without makeup k! Along the way, i was actually hoping that Ros can be a little late hahahaha so evil of me! What to do.. i scared mah. :p

So i finally reached and let them suan a bit. Heng ar.. but xt's face was a little black. You know... the worst thing that could happen during our outing is to see xt's black face! And i got it. Hahaha luckily it was just for a while. PHEWW!

So we ate bfast and the vain me went toilet to apply my makeup. Actually it is not to make myself pretty... but rather, not to scare the surrounding people with my dull complexion and pimple scars! Really. That's y im alway with some makeup.

Fast forward...

We went Queensway to look for my Adidas jacket. Yes i have 2 adidas jackets already.. but AIYA, they have shrinked, for some unknown reasons. Hahaa.

Too bad... i din even get to try any.

Then we headed Orchard to shop. Got myself some stuff.. which i cant really remember what they are.

Went Bugis for Steamboat buffet. Xian De Lai... Eh not bad la.

Happy Birthday To Ah Ma!!

Actually it should be happy birthday to Ah Ping, Ee Tat, Yvonne, Wayne, Uncle CF, and.. many more.

Apart from the tiredness, i quite like family gathering.. with my mother side's relatives. Such BBQ at my house is definitely much more interactive than those dinner at some restaurants, where everyone is bounded to their own table.

I think my Jiu Mu is very pretty.. and my uncle also quite handsome. Both their children are smart, lovable and cute! What a wonderful family! :D

Steamboat Gathering :D

It's Sports Day! I'm assigned to be one of the timekeepers this year round.. and the best part is Si'en is performing the same duty as me! I like her so much :p

Cause we are birds of the same kind... we dislike the sun hahaa. So you see... we used 2 umbrellas to block all the sunlight! And i guess many of our colleagues are amazed with us.

Saw the top blue umbrella to shelther our heads... and the bottom white umbrella meant for our legs? :p



After that, we drove off to Mel's house for steamboat. Mel is so nice to invite us over for a gathering! We really had a good time there... havent been enjoying myself so much w my colleagues for v long!

We had quite a bit of discussion regarding the renovation and things like that, cause eugene n sien r both shifting to their new houses.

It seems so fun and tiring designing a house of your own! How i wish i can enter that stage of designing my own new house! So excited! hahaha but Barry also ask me to get my steps right first!

Teppanyaki Night

One night, the four girls met up for dinner @TM after work. It was quite a pleasant and relaxing outing!

After dinner, they took pictures and they got carried away.... the makeup mode camera with wide lens is just too fun for people to zi4 pai1.

It all started w xt being the cameralady. This is one of her masterpiece.
