Day 1 & 2 - Off to Aust

[Hee, please pretend that you are back in 2008. Sorry for the late posting!]

My mum went to pick BSSB up before fetching me and proceed to the airport! I wasnt that excited because i dread long flights! 7 hours plus? And im like so worried that i cant sleep!

Ok so we reached the airport and guess what BSSB brought?!



A BA-NA-NA! Hahahaa And she has tons of locks on her luggage. :/ So while she is trying to unlock all just to take something, i took a picture of my new luggage!



Stupid me... i din paste the sticker well, so GINA looks like GIZA :( And i couldnt find the nice nice luggage tag that i bought, so i gotta make do with this nice ribbon. Zf, dont you find this ribbon familiar? Hee :D

So we checked in and i tell u... DFS is a dangerous place. It burnt a hole in my pocket hahaha. Ya la, bought the gucci sling that i had been eyeing. But a different colour. Cause the colour that i want is already out of season! Lucky Huijia, she manged to get the red one.

We had no time for dinner and so we ta-bao-ed BK. Wow, i didnt know that the chicken whopper or what is so delicious. I was never a BK fan. But ya, nice.

There's this ang mo lady who sat near me in the plane..seperated by the aisle. She's like so tensed up throughout the whole flight. She had the headphone on, with her inflatable pillow, the blanket, the socks, n dont know what la. She shivered and kept tossing here and there.

So i finally fell asleep and suddenly... something hit me! GOSH her inflatable pillow flew over lor! Ok, to be fair, i dont know if it has flew over, or it has dropped onto the floor and someone picked it up and threw it on my lap! Gave me a BIG scare! And i couldnt get to sleep. Then nvm, i put it back onto her table. and Again i fell asleep. Then... the pillow dropped again and hit my leg. Arghhh so angry with her. Keep that pillow if you are not using la. hahaha.

We finally arrived at Australia, Brisbane. Poor xiaoting, she gotta throw away her high class sour plums.. coz preserved food not allowed. She said her brother almost got fined the other time.. so we din take the risk.

Super Travels is lousy in planning la. We gotta rot at the airport for an hour or two before the bus comes to pick us up to go Tangalooma!

So we ate. Food there is expensive :(


And we played with the camera... u know the makeup mode camera? hahahaa

I had makeup on... plus the makeup effect = pale? Hahaha OH i think my face look super round here. hahaha

And we gazed around... and tiko BSSB spotted an ang mo she likes. Oh ok... practically, she's like drooling over all the ang mos there la. Shit i forgot to upload that pic.. nvm, nxt time show u all that ang mo.

Boarded the bus and reached the ferry terminal.

We were too tired... both fell asleep. Hahaa

Finally reached Tangalooma.. but the feeling aint good. I feel ostracized. No one bothers about us... cos we are asians? and we have no tour leader to guide us?

Anyway, this is our room!

Things there are even more ex than those at the brisbane airport... gosh. Scary leh! And we got quite disappointed cos the activities there are all super costly. For example, the quad ride or watsoever cost like $45? The helicopter ride cost $65 for like 3 minutes i think? And the list goes on...

Luckily our package has this dolphin feeding included in it! Hee. The feeding only starts at 7pm and we had a few hours to ourselves. Being tired, we decided to take a nap in our room hahahahahaa. Nice sleep!

Walked around to source for dinner. We felt like poor kids over there... decided to save up and so we got...


Hey the wedges cost us $9 u know... ex ex. But it's very delicious!

Oh... after eating, i felt sleepy again and i took a nap again. HAHAHAA

Proceeded to the dolphine feeding venue. The dolphins are very cute.. they will swim near the shore on their own at 7pm everynight. I think we saw 9 dolphins?

Makeup mode cameras dont work on dolphins. We dont have DSLR... so bear with this shot please.
Phototaking is forbidden during dolphin feeding. The flash will harm the dolphins? So only special cameras are allowed. And this gives them an opportunity to take photos of us and get our money! Luckily we looked ugly in those photos. Hahahaa

Oh ya... the dolphin we fed was Tinklebell. Quite a wonderful experience i would say, except that the fish stinks.

Went back room and took a bath. Gosh my hair colours dropped and stained the towel purple. Hahaaha. We washed our shorts too... if not chou chou as they are like totally wet?

Oh ya, we also concluded that Rosalind had been doing her duty to sms her friend, Ti Gong. Coz the weather is not hot at all over there. And LMH had been KPO to sms too.. Cos it rained there. Hahahaaha Freezing leh meihui! :P
