Day 2 - Rainy DisneyLand :(

So happy that we managed to get to Disneyland without losing our way. Quite a long journey! The rain spoils everything, argh.

There's a disney shop outside DisneyLand and we started playing with these..

Entered DisneyLand! What a beautiful sight! I always love going Disneyland because once i enter it, i feel like a child again. I get amazed and fascinated by things i see there, technology i experience there and i get extremely excited when i see those mascots jumping around, teasing kids! Disney's slogan is something like "where dreams come true" ... they did it.

We redeemed the tickets we booked online way in advance. Kiasu hee. This is the passport for both disney land and sea!

Stupid rain... many characters did not appear. Haix, i felt as if i have not been to Tokyo Disne before you know. haix.

This is actually a Niu Dan Ji. So cool and cute. unlike those rigid ones we see here!

Again.. i dont know who they are! Just grab whoever we see. haa. Oh is the white one Marie?

Ya, i dont know her again!

Next time, i shall do some research before i go disney!

There were queues everywhere, some rides were too wet to operate... so in e end we just walked ard. didnt take too many photos due to the rain. :(

I wanted to buy an umbrella but they are freaking expensive! A big one cost SGD70+, a small one cost SGD55, and an ugly one cost SGD30! I gave up. *cough*

Decide to eat. Though expensive, we cant torture our stomach! Hehe.

The fries are tasty. We thought we were famished but we were quite full after attacking the fries! Mh loves the ketchup there. I think she kapok some back to Spore. As well as the mickey stirrer. :D

I was entertained by this family throughout the meal. Love this little girl, so cute! Her parents were both slping and she sat in between them, watching the video taken with the videocam earlier on! Such a young kid can operate the videocam.. i mean watch from it la, not film haha. Very well behaved! And she has a pretty face.

Look at these! Everyone is so well prepared to go Disney! I love the Minnie skirts!

Look at the girl at the top left hand corner. We were laughing at her "how come she wear till like that to come Disney??" and just now, as mh was surfing the disney site, she found out that Disney actually has this service to dress up little girls as princesses for a day when they visit Disney. WOW so fun!

So we decided to try on the different hats in the shop. haha expensive, if not i will get one!

Look at my photo, first row, 2nd one. Meihui says i look like a vixien. Angry. not nice meh? i quite like that photo actually hahahahahaha. Meihui! u broke my heart la. hahaa

Disney is very professional.. the parade goes on despite the rain. And the characters all have raincoats on to protect the costume. so cute!

We went for this boatride.. nothing much.. just viewing the scenaries.

I found this beautiful christmas tree in one of the shops. Love it!

And i found the Minnie corner! There's tons of Minnie stuff there.. actually i just like the polka dots la, cant stand the temptations! I took photos of all the shelves there but decided not to post them, in case, some of you start getting giddy!

Anyway, i love this robe!

Tadah.. they are Rubberbands... Disney rubberbands... they really go all out to earn money. So innovative!

I REALLY BADLY wanted to buy one of these for ZEFF! but i'm afraid i will get one tight slap plus a whole string of #$$^%&^*&. :D Disney BOXERS, u like it?

The Donald one is the cutest but didnt manage to find the sample to get a shot.

Zeff, u want not? If yes, i will get u one during my next trip! :p

Before we could queue up for more rides, the sky has turn dark. Oh in Japan, it get darks at 4plus or 5pm!!!

We headed to get all our cookies and stuff in the shops... had fun shopping but was irritated that the shops were all packed with people.

We left before the fireworks. Duno why. hhahaa

Our legs were all 'gone' upon reaching our cosy room. Poor Meihui.. water went into her boots from underneath and her feet were all soaked! She had to use hairdryer to dry the boots.

I taught her a method to relieve the stress from the feet.

And then she fell asleep.

And i ate the Caramel popcorn she bought. She wanted the mickey container!

But we utilised our time. Because... while we were doing all these, we were actually SOAKING our legs in the bathtub filled with hot water!

Our legs all went red. So shuang!

We had to paste Salonpas before we sleep. And my cough is getting worse, and to add on to the misery, i started to have runny nose as well. :(
