A Saturday with My Mum

Went CitySquare with mummy for facial. There... the $10 facial that she signed us up during one of the roadshows. Jean Yip. Not fantastic.

They ruined the 1st impression by asking us to fill in long winded forms.. i got to fill in details like... what time i usually sleep and wake up, how often i exercise, where did i last go for facial etc. I mean.. we are just there for a trial, not even signing package! arghh

Mummy couldnt recall the name of the beauty salon she last went and the jeanyip lady kept pressing her for an answer. Eh.. does it really matter or not?! You mean if you dont know the name of the salon, you cant do facial for my mum?

Ok next up is the skin analysis. I went to the ladies, so didnt get to hear how they insulted mummy. But im very sure they kept insulting me. They said my skin is SO sensitive, the mini blood vessels underneath are surfacing and they may break anytime. And if they break, there will be one dark patch on my face and that's it le. They said my pores are all clogged, the blackheads will become mole. Bla bla bla. I SERIOUSLY dont think my complexion is THAT bad. Maciam jeanyip facial can prevent my blood vessels from bursting. DUH.

So i went into a room and the facial started. The lady kept complaining about my face throughout. If i could, i would stop the facial, give her a good scolding and storm off. She said " 哎哟，吓死人咯！你的皮肤真的几敏感一下！你的黑头多得几恐怖一下！你说你三个礼拜前做过facial对吗？我都不敢相信，爆笑咯！" then she continue ranting. and asked me where did i do my facial at... i got pissed off.. i said, "at another of your branch" . Then she kept quiet. LOL

I didnt wanna lie you know, she forced me.

Anyway, we walked around after facial. Bought a lot of stuff, mostly food la. hahaa.. it's really a nice outing with mummy. appreciates it so much! :D

Headed home. And met up with Marie to go PP. We didnt walk much, cos both of us were too focused on talking. There's just so much to tell each other, though we work together! hahaa.

Barry and Pam joined us for supper at Bedok 85. Nice catching up! But you see.. our clique is getting smaller and smaller. I really hope the others will put in some effort to organise outings, if not, just join us in our gatherings. Friends are hard to come by, please treasure.

Good Night. Gina is going to try to turn in early every night now! Trying trying!
