Si'en n I took cab to CNB to submit some competition materials. Wanted to have lunch there but cldnt find any place w aircon!

It's really toooo hot to dine outdoor.. So we asked ard twice. "hi, do u know of any aircon place tt we can dine in ard this area?" So these 2 guys, ard our age or slightly older, showed us e way.

Him: so u girls r not locals?

Me: huh?! We are!

Him: opz I thought u r Indonesians! How come u dunno this area then?

Me: I've not been here before..

Him: HUHH?! U serious?!

*paiseh*

I think it's obvious we cldnt take e sun, so they suggested to go via underpass. Ok fine, we followed. It was e longest underpass I ve been to! Walked till i ve blisters :( somemore it's so stuffy

Finally we c e sun... N pasar malam.. N we realized we ve reached Chinatown area!! Goshh fr outram to Chinatown!

They brought us into a building ...

Him: so have u been here?

Me: *smiles* what's this place?

Him: *amazed n amused* this is PEARL centre!!!!

Me: oh, nv come b4

Him: wahh.. *lost for words*

Him: okok let me introduce.. Pearl centre mainly sells bla bla bla

And he went on n on.. I felt like I'd went on a guided tour!

Finally we saw BK. Before we go on separate ways，he even offered a hand shake. -___-"'
